a week agoI called High Efficiency Air on a Wednesday afternoon after realizing the AC wasn't blowing cold like it used too. Thursday morning a genuinely nice service representative came out to investigate my problem! They found my unit to be over 15 yrs old and barely holding on. I talked with Gus about fixing vs replacement. He provided great experienced knowledge about my unit that I felt comfortable enough to just replace it, since it wasn't much different at the bottom line. Gus and his team had the unit off the roof, installed per manufacturer specifications, and running by Friday evening. I couldn't recommend Gus and his team enough. Stay cool with High Efficiency!
