Luis was amazing to work with, answered all questions, and made the whole process so easy. They even finished my roof in one day! I totally recommend Luis from ProWest, he was a godsend!

a week agoOmar L. happened upon us during a very busy day and brought to light some roofing damage we had incurred during recent wind storms. He told us that he would give us a free estimate and work with our insurance company to cover repairs. Omar showed up on time with good communication. He set up an appointment with an insurance adjuster and got on the roof with the adjuster to make sure all damage was properly documented. In the end, our insurance company covered 100% of the roof replacement less our deductible. We called Omar back for some repairs that were not part of the original job but still within the scope of roof repairs. The workmanship was top drawer and the price was very fair. Everything ProWest does is to a higher standard. Omar was on site for the entire job. He is professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with! We will absolutely refer ProWest to others.

a week agoI have yet had the experience of dealing with PROWEST ROOFING. Im commenting on a story I seen on ABC 15 news with a woman named Anne who had hired a roofing company that tried to extort more money that she didnt have from this elderly woman. I LOVE the fact your PROWEST ROOFING company stepped up to help a individual in need. Ms.Anne referred to PROWEST ROOFING as her ANGELS! Thank you for what the company did for Anne. When the time comes and I'm in need for roofing for my home I already know what company I will use.
