3 months agoWe paid a lot of money for a new HVAC system to be installed in our home. We had it done during the winter months so we would be ready for summer. Summer came around and so did the issues. We had to call them back out multiple times to come fix issues we were having with the house cooling. The upstairs still doesn’t cool right so we had another company come out to look. The original ductwork installation was wrong and Chandler Air isn’t interested in making it right. Now I’m paying another company to come fix it.

5 months agoI've used this family owned business in the past for AC service. Sadly, they've merged with Penguin Air, and have lost their customer focus. I talked to 3 different people trying to get an appointment scheduled for same day service, they refused to provide anything more than 9 hour window. Canceled and promptly called another local family owned AC business and got 3 hour window for lower price. These national companies are not focused on customer satisfaction, only their own profit.
