a week agoGreat pricing helped me with changing my 50 Gallon gas water heater that started leaking. I called several companies and this was the only company that gave me an honest price on the spot over the phone. I sent a few pics over to the owner Rich who initially took my call and he had a quote to me almost immediately. He said send some pics via text message to check warranty and to confirm cost without having to come out which I was also impressed with. None of the other companies even mentioned warranty. Rich told me If it was to be under warranty he could have saved me money. Unfortunately my unit was over the warranty period. All in all I am Very impressed with the communication and dealing with the owner directly, he was on site the next morning with a new unit and with a crew to get it done fast. Price was fair, I did call several companies and their pricing was not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive. I appreciate the personable service and would use them again!
