When we called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, the tech didn’t even bother to look at the unit to attempt to diagnose or fix the problem, the only thing he offered was a replacement unit that would cost upwards of $8,000. We got a second opinion with a company who actually bothered to diagnose and order the replacement part needed and the repair was only a couple hundred dollars.
