He quickly diagnosed our problem and not only worked with our home warranty to get a new water heater approved quickly, but he also contacted a company on our behalf to help us with the water damage. Our home warranty sadly kept making errors when ordering the new water heater. Dennis kept in contact with me several times a day to let me know the status and worked repeatedly with the home warranty to make our new water heater happen. He was finally able to get it late on a Friday afternoon and stayed late to finish it since we hadn't had hot water in days.
