I had first used Tucker Hill in Feb. Had two techs, Trevor and Gabriel come out and move my water heater and washer outside of my house to my back patio. The price was fair for the job they had to do, getting up in the attic to run water lines. I gave them both huge commendations for a job well done' Well, now we get to today. Yesterday Il called to have a kitchen faucet installed. When I did I told them because Gabriel did such a great job, that's the only plumber I wanted to come out. Told this to two people and they said yes ok. Then this morning I get a call from Raul, not Gabriel and he said he's the tech coming out. I asked him to call his supervisor because that isn't what I had requested. The supervisor calls me and explains that Gabriel is running a crew now for bigger jobs. I simply said no one told me that yesterday. This gave me pause in hiring them to come out but in the end I said to send Raul. The faucet I had bought didn't have a part needed so I went and got another one from Home Depot, gone about 30 minutes while he was getting the parts for the drain part. I had all the drain fixtures already but Raul didn't like the kit I had and recommended the abs ones they have, I said sure but I would like to know the charge for those parts, It could be $50, it could be $300, there is a difference. Anyway he wrote up a quote and I was in shock to be honest at the total. I made a mistake and told him to do the job all the time knowing this was a huge charge. When he got done I asked him to send me an itemized statement with those parts charges. I just got a invoice with a total on it. $896 to install one kitchen faucet. I looked on the internet for installation charges when the customer supplied the faucet and with a simple one hole faucet, Here is what you find when you look it up, Kitchen Faucet Replacement in Phoenix, AZ costs $175–$556 in 2026, with most homeowners paying around $366. That’s about 4% below the national average (BLS cost index: 0.96). Licensed plumbers in the Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler metro charge $55–$100/hour. 45 minutes to 1.5 hours per faucet. , So you do the math. And adding insult to injury, I called the office to talk to a supervisor about this and waited around an hour. Then I did like they say if you aren't happy, call the CEO. No answer but left a voicemail and as soon as I hung up, within 30 seconds was a call from the supervisor, pretty coincidental right, lol. I thought I had found a plumbing company that I could trust to do a simple job for a fair price, I didn't and if money is no object to all of you, good luck and hire them for your plumbing needs. I don't mind paying for a job well done, but I don't like getting raked over the coals in being over charged.

This is not rage intended and im not being negative or hateful, this is my honest truth: It was more of a salesman interaction than anything else, how much can you pay but we'll say its a great deal to get the A/C unit replaced and by whatever means, it would have cost me thousands of dollars that I kept saying I didnt have, and critical debt I WOULD HAVE HAD if I had went that route. When I asked if anything could be done at the current moment just to give us time I was informed it was completely shot and not worth a temp fix at the peak of summer and the push for financing was pretty strong even tho I kept saying it wasnt an option do to me freshly buying the house as well as two other financed house improvements. They WERE cool people but I guess thats the salesman pitch that could've been speaking to me. In good consciousness I cannot recommend this company if youre concerned about finances, I understand its not a cheap thing to fix or replace but seeing as to how I said I just need it working for a bit to get right and another company actually got it on and working when I was told it wasnt worth it and probably not possible I have doubts in the motives of this company.

Ask for a written estimate after visiting our residence, and Joshua said sure. Two days later called and followed up and he said he won’t do that since price on supplies is keep going up and as a matter of fact just went up 9%. For the job he was going to do, he needed 7 feet of wire and two outlets. 9% increase would have been $2 when he quoted me for the whole job $1200. Such a non-sense and bad sales/customer service. Had another company came the next day and quoted me $800 and honor their quote for 30 days.

Very Disappointing . I am giving this bad review because the technician job should be focus on what he is hired to do which is AC Turn up, but instead he gave extremely terrible , false and misleading information to my tenant. Also he keep pushing me to replace alot of parts, add more parts or replace my whole system that is still working fine and in good condition. Also keep pushing by saying the offer he quoted will only valid for 24 hours. Although I dont know what he told my Tenant but after he left my tenant told me the technician said there is mold in the AC system. It seems he want my tenant to push me to replace the AC and do more work. It end up I have to to spend $300-400 for proving my tenant the AIr quality is fine and no mold at all by hiring company to do Air Quality Inspection. This only because of this technican who is not license and not expert on Mold Inspection .He is saying something that is not professional and misleading and false. I really disappointing and will not ask for my AC tune up anymore.
