2 years agoWhat a great company that stands behind their work, product, and have be great employees. Here we are years later and the door lock to a large beautiful door that spans over 12 feet stops working one phone call to sierra pacific and we have a service call scheduled a day later. Art was the technician on site and he made quick work of the lock replacement taking the time to ensure the door opening and closing functioned along with the new lock.

2 years agoWorking with Sierra Pacific windows, and Art specifically, was a breeze and a great experience end to end and would definitely recommend them. We had a bunch of other work we were juggling around and timing as well as a specific defined scope between contractors was definitely imperative. Art’s expertise in the industry definitely shined through with this. Understood the scope quickly and how we’d have to plan around the various contractors. He also gave us some advice on couple window configurations he didn’t think would work well and we’re extremely happy we went with his suggestions. While working through some of the issues with us changing plans and getting HOA approvals we had constant changes to the requested quote and always addressed fast and accurately. The communication for the install process was great. The install team showed up on time and prepared and was very professional. Part of the deinstall was a pretty complicated glass block window but the team performed like champs removing and cleaning that up. There were a couple minor follow up issues we had but when I contacted Art to note them he was already aware and had already processed the necessary paperwork to get them addressed. Overall the project came in on time and in budget with what was quoted out and was able to work around my somewhat complex schedule.
