a year agoI got first apointment on Friday at 10:00am and wait for 10:45 and call, but said still busy not able to come. He set up appointment for next Saturday at 7:00am; I got up early to get ready for this appointment, again no call or messaging from this guy after 7:30am. I called and he said could not come due to emergency. Please , at least you guys can call me to schedule another day instead of. I am very disappointing with your poor customer service.
