The installation company they hired had it installed within a few days. My cousin referred this company to me because she had a good experience with them as well. Their representative, Cathy, was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the unit I wanted. With everything more expensive these days, the savings and customer service was a welcome breath of fresh air.

a week agoYou should be ashamed of yourselves, you never stated one time that you own Precision Air. After speaking with Goodman Manufacturing I obtained the name of a certified warranty company. They came out figured out what the problem was and fixed it. My unit is holding temperature at what i set it to even the last few heat warning days. The 1 degree was in a room i was running a portable ac unit so we could live, not the 8-10 degrees off in the back rooms. I had to run 3 portable AC units until it was fixed, I run only my AC now. The 5 star review was the day after I purchased, you changed that quick. You are not a Reputable company but thank God there are some out there. Buyer beware. This company sold me the unit and dispatched Precision Air to do the install. The way they are not held responsible is you pay the installers apart from newacunit.com. This unit has not worked properly since the day installed July 28th 2026 with 6 service calls and 1 repair for "broken parts". Still not holding thermostat temperature. No support, no option on installers to the buyers.

a week agoExcellent experience buying from NewACUnit... Kathy was amazing and very helpful through the whole deal. Installation was through SMW, and all of their representatives were excellent and very friendly. I never had any bad vibes from any part of the experience, and I'm a very skeptical buyer! A++ all around. HIGHLY recommended!!!

2 weeks agoI highly recommend this company. I have the best customer service ever from the beginning to the end. They did a great job installing my AC unit and gave me a really good price. The people were easy to deal with everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend if you need a AC unit definitely contact this company you won’t be disappointed!!
