3 weeks agoWow, I was so happy when I saw a 5 star business. I really thought I would be getting involved with a company that believed in customer service. I bought a unit and within 1 year it fell off the wall in my food truck while parked over night. When I explained that they said it’s not covered under warranty because it’s the plastic and the plastic only broke because it fell off the wall. I gave them the Benito’s the doubt and I paid full price for a second unit. Well, here we are 2 months later and I notice the top of the unit is cracking. So before it falls I call them to get it replaced under warranty because the last time it wasn’t covered “because it fell” now it’s still NOT cover because it’s not a manufacturers defect. I guess the company that manufactured it, didn’t make the plastic? Clearly it’s a plastic issue. I’m leaving this review in hopes that they do the right thing and replace my unit. Rosie, the rep there actually told me “I wish I never sold you this unit, I should have known better” I was the most polite person, I’ve already paid for two units in 14 mos that I was told were both under warranty and yet they just keep taking advantage of me. Do the right thing guys, replace my unit!
