⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars — Drew at Hackney is the only HVAC professional I trust! Drew at Hackney has been absolutely amazing every time I’ve reached out to him. His knowledge, honesty, responsiveness, and genuine care for his customers are second to none. When we were looking to purchase our home in Queen Creek, I had three different inspectors come out to evaluate the HVAC system. Drew was the only one who had the proper equipment and expertise to thoroughly test the system and identify a leak. He found issues that the others completely missed. More importantly, he gave the previous owners a very fair price to address the problems, which ultimately helped make it possible for us to move forward with purchasing our future home. Now that I have my other home on the market, I immediately called Drew again. I wanted to make absolutely sure the A/C was in good shape before going through inspections. Without hesitation, he came out that same day, checked everything over, and gave me the green light. That kind of service and peace of mind is priceless when you’re selling a home. I also had the opportunity to meet Drew’s father, who started the business and clearly passed down much more than just HVAC knowledge. He passed down his work ethic, integrity, craftsmanship, and compassion for customers — qualities that Drew carries on today. I wouldn’t trust my heating and cooling systems to anyone else. Hackney did a great job for us over the phone, at 9:30pm. The system seemed to be working, however we had no fans or blowing air. He knew instantly the problem, which was a clogged drain line. The second I opened the pipe, the fans turned on and the system was fixed. Thankyou so much for your knowledge and availability!

Hackney is fantastic! We lost our AC today at 1pm. They were able to get out the same day and diagnose the problem. Instead of up selling a new unit, which I was mentally prepared to hear that we needed, we had a simple fix that just took time to diagnose. My family and I are thrilled! I've been using Hackney for years.....Drew and the gang have always been humor filled, kind, knowledgable and professional. They go out of their way to accommodate....When my AC unit went out recently after 24 years...Drew was there the same day with a small room AC to get me thru a couple of days before the new one was installed.....it was a life saver as it was over a 100º. They are the best with great prices and great service. I highly them recommend with without hesitation.
