Our Cortland stuff did not communicate properly to me about roof repair process and I almost missed my schedule to fix it. Until I talk to Gorman team: Juan Ruiz and Miguel Pizana. They were understanding regarding the issue, helped me to go through the process and agreed to fix my roof. They went above and beyond to help me. The team were efficient and got the outstanding job done in record time. Thank you for your help. Would recommend this company for a professional, reliable roof replacement project!!!

9 months agoWorst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have the warranty on the roof and can’t come look at it for 4-6 weeks, mean while water rushes in every time it rains. I would look elsewhere for a roofer that can actually show up.

a year agoGorman roofing came to our complex at Central on Broadway and did not communicate with the staff that they would be shutting off the water in the morning for the past two days. It has caused disruptions for both my family and others.
