4 months agoThis is about MARCO, the team leader/ supervisor/manager. We needed to replace the underlayment under our tile roof. Naturally, our 37 solar panels had to be pulled off for the job. When completed the panels were reinstalled. A sporatic error on the inverters indicated a ground fault generated at random. After 2 service calls Marco tore into the problem and spent 3 hours on my roof on a SUNDAY and replaced connectors and cleaned up the wire runs. Marco demonstrated commitment to his customers and super customer service. Thanks Marco!
