2 years agoAAJ installed both HVAC systems in our new build home. Our home and the units are 2 years old and we’ve already had technicians out to our house at least 5 times since we moved in. We had AAJ come back to service the units because they were still under warranty. First guy told us there was no problem and we just had our AC too cold and it couldn’t handle it. Second guy told us the first guy is crazy and actually the refrigerant was way overcharged because it was installed incorrectly. Fixing the refrigerant worked for a few months and then our compressor completely broke. AAJ replaced the compressor for free “even though it’s out of warranty”. It wouldn’t have been broken if they installed our HVAC system correctly. Well, now we are still out of warranty and the other unit is broken. We had a different company come service it and turns out that unit is also overcharged with refrigerant because they put way too much in when they installed in 2 years ago. I would never trust AAJ to service our AC even if they came back for free.

2 years agoI am beyond frustrated with this company. This company did the initial AC install on our new build and we have had problems since day 1. We are six months into trying to identify where the leak is since we keep loosing refrigerant. Well, actually, most times they just come and recharge it (every three weeks) with promises they have fixed the system. So this last Friday they replaced the whole condenser unit because they can’t find the leak, and now a few days later, no power to the thermostat and it’s 30 degrees out at night. We are two days without heat and we can’t get anyone to come out and get our unit working. How do you give negative stars??
