a month agoI no longer recommend this company and the review by Kenneth Belcher is my home as well. We fought over two years with AC Experts regarding the noise coming from our unit, we heard multiple excuses... Finally a technician with balls admitted we had a bad compressor and we had a new one installed. I will give credit to the install manager and technician who assisted in the compressor replacement. They were great. So thank you AC Experts for finally fixing our issue, that could have been corrected 2 years ago. Before I go, theres some advice I'll share (but you'll probably never listen to), I had other complaints about the unprofessional conduct of some of your employees (which I will not mention names) and I asked numerous times to talk to a manager or the owner and I never received any response. As owners/managers... I realize you have many customers, but you also have an obligation to your customers who trusted in your business, there are situations where you really need to get involved. So shame on you.

2 months agoSo happy with our semi-annual service! We got a really good check up and were assured that our system was in good shape. The maintenance was performed by an employee who had serviced our units before. Kid is a knowledgeable and personalble asset to AC Experts. Great doing business with this company...
