Our master bathroom toilet wax ring went bad. We had water damage under our LVP flooring and door moldings and sheet rock. Allen was the first to arrive and start the process. Dan's team was at my home within 30 minutes of our phone call. Allen came in friendly and ready to work. He explained the process step by step and helped me understand what the next move was. When Dan came in he was also so friendly and outgoing answering all my questions and helping me navigate insurance procedures.
