2 months agoMy water heater broke a few weeks ago. I called Dossey Plumbing and they arrived with a new water heater the next day. They were very polite and professional throughout the process. They explained everything that they were going to do before proceeding. Once the new unit was installed they explained how it worked in case we needed to make any temperature adjustments. I would highly recommend Dossey Plumbing to all of my friends and family.

6 months agoI called Roy Dossey Plumbing for a second opinion on a leak in between floors, because the first company I called came out and quoted hundreds of dollars for a wax ring replacement, and they also brought a restoration company that quoted me $3000 for a repair that they didn't even triage. They suggested I file a claim with insurance, which seemed uncalled for, so didn't move forward. I'm very happy with Jake and Fernando from Roy Dossey, who came and assessed the issue, and confirmed it could be solved with a wax ring replacement. The PVC pipes were in good condition, and the leak was resolved. Roy Dossey plumbing will be my first call moving forward.
