a month agoThese 5 stars are specifically for Zach at Rescue One, who was awesome! He came out to our place yesterday for a regular maintenance check up. He was very friendly and approachable when he introduced himself. During the appt, he was really thorough, showed us photos of what he saw and gave us great recommendations to keep up our unit’s longevity. We are very happy with Rescue One and signed up with them again for a 2 year membership. Thank you Zach!

2 months agoThis company used to be called option one plumbing Horrible experience. Over a month ago, had a tech come out to snake the main line due to a backup. He told me that he could not get the snake or the camera down the main line because a pipe collapsed. He called the salesman, Adam, who sat across from me at the kitchen table and quoted $22,500 for a brand new sewer system, telling me they would have to jackhammer one of the bathrooms, rip out the toilets, get into the drywall, etc. I told Adam I would have to think about it, and he attempted to pressure me as he walked out the door. The tech was waiting for him outside in the alley to see if they “landed the job.” I felt like I was dealing with a gross used car salesman. The next day, I had a reputable plumber come out who was able to snake the line, pull out roots, put the camera in the system and verified there was no collapsed pipe. I called Adam and let him know and asked for a refund. He told me that he would mail back my $99 payment since they weren’t able to do the job. Not only did I never receive the check, they cashed it. I’ve been contacting them for days to get that money back and have been blown off every time. Do not trust this company!

3 months agoEdit 1: They've confirmed I have a parts and labor warranty but also saying I don't. I'm not going to let them touch my house until they fix their system to reflect I do in fact have the parts and labor warranty 100% through their entire system. Edit 2: Talked to Service Manager Alex. He confirmed I do have the warranties. I requested a copy of the warranty confirmation and duration be sent to me via email and also requested their system be updated to INCLUDE that I have the warranties. He stated it will be sent as soon as possible. Updated rating to reflect customer service from everyone involved, but it will still remain low due to this ongoing issue since year of installation. Edit 3: Updated review further. Both Service Manager and Office Customer Service have quickly remedied and fixed the situation, even providing a copy of my warranty plan. However, the confusion and conflicting information created alot of frustration and confusion. Review will remain at 4 ⭐️. Bought a full HVAC system for around $25,000 for my grandmother back in 2024. Summer of 2024, I had to keep calling them back out 4 or 5 times because the system wasn't keeping the house cool, reaching 75° while continuously running for 10 hours each night. I stopped calling because they never actually fixed anything. Now that its summer again, the HVAC is running continuously again but reaching up to almost 80° in the house. Now they want me to pay $5,000 to fix a system which was clearly broken upon installation or during the first year I had it and they don't want to admit it.

3 months agoWe were scheduled for routine maintenance and were cancelled on due to an emergency job, so we were rescheduled for a week later. the day before our appointment, we received a call letting us know that they were going to be closed that day and we were going to need to be rescheduled again. the next appointment came, once again, they were stuck on a job, and would need to reschedule. this time they promised to schedule us with someone who only does maintenance. once again, we got cancelled and rescheduled. this company does not have enough technicians to manage their client lists. find somewhere else who has enough technicians to actually meet their client demands.
