2 years agoI hired Character Property Painting to repaint the walls and ceiling in my living room and a bedroom. Both of these rooms had lofted ceilings which made it nearly impossible to do myself. The process was very easy and fast. I reached out, they came to look at the rooms and provided me an estimate. Any questions I had about the process, they answered. After I agreed to the services, I was able to choose a few different paint samples to test out. The cool thing about the samples was that it was the paint colors on 8.5x11 sized post it notes. That made it so I can stick them on to any part of the wall to see what they look like in different areas at different times of the day. This was so much more helpful to select the paint color that worked best in the space than if the sample was painted onto one part of the wall. The post its did not damage the wall at all when removed. When the team came to paint, it was incredible how fast they got everything prepped. I was not at my house but was provided multiple updates and pictures/videos on what was going on. They also made sure to ask me first if they were unsure of something which I really appreciate. I was originally quoted it would be a 2-3 day project but they were so fast, they finished it all up in a day and a half. It looks amazing, so much better than whoever did the last paint job at my house. Overall, they did a great paint job and had the best communication I've seen from a contractor in a long time.
