2 years agoBelieve the reviews my friends. Dino’s only partially fixed my refrigerator warranty repair & refused to properly troubleshoot & fix. They are the type of business that make you feel like you have to apologize to them. Just don’t, plenty of other choices.

2 years agoIf I could choose 0 Stars I would, the technician they sent to my Home Had no interest in repairing my washer machine, he was very Rude he said I was not covered by my warranty because my washer Mashine had Coins inside and thats what caused the drained Pump to get damaged, when I asked him why didn't you show me so I could see since I had cleaned the washer mashine verywell a few days before to get all the water out that wasn't getting drained and I didn'tsee any coins, he replied; oh whatever I'm not talking to you he turn around and left. Since the moment he walked into my home, he was really rude and gave me a Mad look. I called my protection plan company, and they fixed the issue immediately. I suggest that if you get Dinos Appliance asign from your protection plan, you ask to get it reassigned.
