9 months agoRandy the technician is very professional. We learned how the delivery people reversed our hot and cold water tubes to the washer. Once Randy came back to his discovery. Our cold water valve was not operating. Randy did not charge us except for the initial service fee. We had to contact our plumber. Nice young man.

9 months agoOur fridge went out over night. I called in the morning and that afternoon they were able to have a technician out to my house to look at it. Mark came and diagnosed the compressor had gone out. He checked to see if he could get one put the order in and two days later he called me to let me know he had the part and could be at my house with in 10 min to put it in and get our fridge working a agin. Mind you it was the end of the day on a Friday and he wanted to make sure we got it working agin. Mark went above and beyond to take care of us. This is not our first time working with Affordable Appliance and I can say every time is the same they hire the most caring and knowledgeable technicians. I would recommend them 100% every time and Mark is amazing!!!
