This is an outstanding company. We had a mold issue which the Mold Pros was first able to accurately diagnose via testing, then they made a clear proposal to mitigate the issue. After they completed treatment, they completed more testing to ensure that all of the mold was eliminated, which it was. Without question, they are professionals who care about quality work and their customer. I would recommend them to anyone.

No show, no call on remediation day is unacceptable. Especially, after collecting half of the payment to do the job weeks earlier. They had to fly someone in two days after the scheduled remediation date and he had to work from 5:30 PM to 10 PM on a Friday because they weren’t willing to reschedule in the morning. They have no respect for their or other’s time. I highly do not recommend this company for any of your mold inspection and remediation needs.

I hired this company to check for mold before starting a bathroom remodel and was explicitly told there was no mold. Once the remodel began and the first wall was opened, mold was immediately discovered. This inspection was clearly inaccurate and cost me time and money. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company or use them again.

Not a good experience. They don’t do what they say they’re going to do. They contract with people who don’t know what they’re doing.
