2 months agoGood people! They did a very good job. My only issue was that it took longer than expected, but some of that was insurance hold ups plus taking over for another company that started the whole project.

3 months agoThey did fine work but communications was fine at first, then disappeared and was OK again at the end. Scheduling was just as spotty as the communications....they would call and say someone could be there soon as they were in the neighborhood. Once we were scheduled at a set time and no one showed. Once we had a set time and they showed 2 hrs late with no call. Melinda was excellent at communications it was all the others. I had to send emails stating what was still needed to be completed to keep the project rolling along. They did handle all the insurance paperwork and submittals very well and worked well woth our claims rep. Would I use them again, Absolutely, as the work was done very well...its just getting the scheduling right.
